The National Support Center for Small Businesses (SEBRAE) wanted to test their employees' skills to make them better consultants. On the verge of Brazil's World Cup we thought of a great solution to turn this task into a fun activity: a quiz game that was played in turns as a soccer game. It became the Expert's Cup!

HOW IT WORKS
Each match consisted of 30 quiz questions and was played by teams of 4 to 6 members. During 2 months, the employees were engaged in the game as if it was a real cup. This is a glimpse into how was it to customize the teams and the players. Check out the play by play in this tutorial we made:

The results were surprising, reaching directly 92% of the employees, 678% more than expected! The final match was played live in Sebrae's headquarters. The winning team had the chance to go to Silicon Valley and visit some of the coolest tech companies. Some players also got to try their luck with scratch cards. The prizes were official Brazil’s World Cup team jerseys. It was the real world cup after all!
